Land & Building Surveys and Setting Out

Each of our surveyors have extensive skills in the production of  land surveys having been involved in numerous projects of
varying size and complexity.

Our experience in land surveys range from boundary disputes to volumetric analysis, new town development to coastal
erosion and landfill sites to championship golf courses.

All of the land surveys we produce are carried out to an adaptation of the RICS Survey of Land, Buildings and Utility
Services at Scales of 1:500 or Larger specification.  The layout plans we provide can be easily read and well presented.

A dedicated quad bike and ribbed inflatable powered boat are used to assist our surveyors when working in large open
areas and bodies of water.
